Saba Berikler Kertmelioğlu is the Managing Partner of Global Pro-Motion Executive Search & Selection. Saba has accumulated an in-depth executive search experience over a decade through numerous projects she had completed for clients at diversified sectors. Her consulting experience covers local as well as cross-border search assignments at all functions for a wide spectrum of local and multinational clients.

Saba joined Korn/Ferry International Turkey in 1997 at its start-up phase. She completed numerous international and local search assignments for Senior Executive and Board levels at all functions, mainly in the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial and Advanced Technology sectors. She took part in the European Transnational Projects Team and contributed to the international search assignments of Korn/Ferry International, mainly in the CIS countries and Russia. Simultaneously, she played an important in the foundation of selection business in Turkey and managed local K/F Selection operation by providing clients with middle level recruitment services. Saba continued her executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles Turkey as a Senior Consultant and led local & international projects in different sectors.

Prior to joining executive search world, Saba gained a strong sales & marketing base through her professional career at Ericsson Telecommunications and The Document Company, Xerox.

Kertmelioğlu holds a B.A degree in Political Science & International Relations from the Bosphorus University. She is a Board Member of BUMED (Alumni Association of Bophorus University) and an active member of BAL Alumni Association.
